Councilman DiCicco creates bill to get him and other officials out of DROP
Councilman Frank DiCicco circulated a bill Wednesday that would allow him and other elected officials to exit the controversial DROP retirement program, which is increasingly seen as a political liability to those seeking reelection this year.
